PWCARES creates action plans for many of its events. Over time, we have built up a sizable library of example plans. Feel free to borrow or steal whatever you need. Marine Corps Marathon Events

17.75 Crossroads

The Marine Corps 17.75k distance commemorates the year the Marine Corps was established. The event is held in the Prince William Forest Park except during the the pandemic.

Run Amuck/Belleau Wood/Croosroads Trail

The May event has bene a combination of runs on MCB Quantico, including the Run Amuck, Crossroads Trail 12K and Belleau Wood 8K.

Quantico Tri/12K/6K

There have veen a series of August events at MCB Quantico, including a trathlon, and several distance runs from 6K to 12K

Turkey Trot

One of our regular events, the Turkey Trot takes place on MCB Quantico every November the week before Thanksgiving.
