NEW FOR 2025
This year, we will use a repeater located at Turkey Run: 147.255+ PL 146.2 Hz (alternate 442.500+ PL 146.2 Hz). This is a standard pair for most radios and will allow HTs for the bulk of the course. You may use a mobile if you wish. A headset may be helpful in certain locations, especially where they pump the music up to 11[fn-spinal_tap]. Your vehicle may act as a good damper.
If we have repeater issues, we will use simplex on 147.525 (ARES VHF 1).
Return to Summary
The repeater should be operational on Saturday morning. If there are issues, please use Simplex until the repeater team is on site. We will use 147.255+ PL 146.2 Hz with 442.500+ PL 146.2 Hz as the alternate. We will use 147.525 (simplex) as the backup in case of repeater failure or other issues.
